The fabulous escape artist!

Andrew knows how to get in and out of his own crib. He really thinks he is big time now. And he'll come into our bed around 3 in the morning just because he can! What a goof!

In he goes.....

Out he comes.....

Robie Creek Race - a goal to be admired

My sister Emily, just 6 months after having a baby, ran in the Robie Creek Race.

My brother Alex and his wife Wendy and I went to see her off!

They wear these bands to show their time - Emily made it in 2 hrs. 45 minutes - WOW!

And the winner is....

Top 5, Left to Right -Angela Boyle, Carmen Peters, Jackie Walker, Sonya Hoadley, Debby Gibson

Even though I did not take the title of Mrs. Idaho America, I feel like a winner. I set a goal for myself to make the top 5 - that is what I had control over. After that, it was up to 5 judges opinions. And... I made the top 5 and then placed as 3rd runner up!

Jeff and Angela

I also won the most ticket sales - which basically means that I had the biggest cheering section there - I sold 43 tickets!!! And I won the community service award which means I made the biggest difference with the service I was involved in. This was a very special award to me because of the work I do with MADD. With all of that, ultimately, I am a winner.

Thank you to everyone who came, and to everyone who couldn't come, but was thinking about me that night! :-) I felt the greatest I have ever felt!

The flowers that Jeff sent to me on Saturday afternoon during rehearsal- I was so happy, it made me cry.

My family that came to see me at the pageant. (The Boyle family left and I didn't get a picture with them - sad.)

Thank you to all the ladies and the staff at the pageant. This year was the greatest it's ever been! We should all be proud of ourselves - not everyone would do this!

Work hard, play hard

We finally bought a playset for the backyard.

And after Jeff had built the stairs, he decided to hire our brother-in-law Ivan to come finish the rest. He came over on this semi-cold day. There was no sun and a little wind, but the kids didn't mind, and so it seems that Ivan didn't either.

The kids had fun helping - it's a good thing Ivan didn't mind them being in the way. But when it was all done, they played on it all afternoon. Thank you Ivan!!!

And go figure, it snowed the very next day.
